There actually was one day where there was no issues. I also have reduced the # of speakers to only one Echo and FireTV, same issue then. SWhen i manually change songs the group stays synchronized, i have rebooted everything multiple times and have also unpaired them and recreated the group. i initially got it on 200ms delay which is perfect for the first song but then while it is changing song i can hear a cracking notice in the speakers and the group gets off sync. As soon as I add or create another group with all devices plus the FireTV then after the 2nd song it gets off sync. When I create a multi room with all 3 Echos then everything is fine. So my set up is FireTV (lastest model 4k ect) Echo Show 5 2nd Gen and 2 Echo Show 8 2nd Gen.
